tofuling stream avatars

Tofuling stream avatars are adorable and customizable pixel art Tofulings that walk around on the bottom of the screen during Soya's chatting and break screens. These Tofulings are available exclusively for Twitch subscribers. Eventually Soya hopes to add more features to make it more like a "minigame" subs can play (boss fights, climbable terrain, etc).To set up your Tofuling, check out the Stream Avatars extension on Soya's Twitch page while she is live.

But it doesn't stop there - folks who chose to support Soya by subbing at a higher tier (2 or 3) get to directly shape the aesthetics of the Tofulings!

TIER 2 subs

Every month you are a Tier 2 sub, you get to suggest an item/accessory for Soya to create for the Tofuling stream avatars. Your item/accessory will become a part of the Tofuling customization catalog that all subs are able to select from when customizing their Tofuling.

TIER 3 subs

Every month you are a Tier 3 sub, you get to suggest an item/accessory OR a piece of clothing that Soya will create. You can also choose if you would like this to be exclusively for your Tofuling stream avatar. Meaning, no one else would be able to equip this item, it's a unique item just for you!

Not only that... but you get to see your idea created LIVE on Soya's monthly pixel art stream!

Tier 2/3 subs can submit their monthly idea via the "Tickets" channel in the Discord or via this Google form. Try to have this submitted before the pixel art stream date!

1. GENERAL

a. I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes.
b. NFT usage is strictly forbidden.
a. By default, all orders are granted a Personal License (see section 3 for more information on licenses).
c. Any modifications requested after the order is completed will incur additional charges.
d. I will do my best to get the artwork to you by the deadline discussed. If there is a delay in fulfilling your order, it may be due to unexpected circumstances (e.g., illness/emergencies). I will keep you informed and I appreciate your patience.

2. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

PAYMENT
a. All comissions will be charged in CAD through Ko-Fi, and payment must be made upfront.
b. I have no control or responsibility, over any fees or charges (tax, conversion fees) associated with the transaction when using Ko-Fi.
c. Prices are final and non-negotiable.REFUNDS
a. If you wish to cancel the artwork, let me know as soon as possible.
b. Once the payment is made and the draft sketch has been sent, no refunds can be issued.
c. Please refrain from placing an order unless you have all the necessary details and references ready. This will ensure your order is not delayed or overlaps with others.
d. In the event I am unable to work on your commission after payment, I will issue a refund (excluding any fees).

3. LICENSE

PERSONAL LICENSE
a. By default, all orders are granted a Personal License. This is a license that allows the artwork to be used as profile pictures/icons/emotes for things like discord, twitch, instagram, twitter, etc.
b. You can use the artwork even if the your channel/stream/video is monetized.
c. You are not allowed to redraw, recolour, redistribute, or resell the artwork.
d. If you hire an animator to animate the artwork, still provide the propper credit to Soyaholic (me). Original files will not be provided.
e. I retain ownership of the artwork.COMMERCIAL LICENSE
a. If requested, you can receive a Commercial license for the artwork. A commercial license allows use of the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., prints, merch, promotional related work).
b. A commercial license does not allow for the the artwork to be used as an NFT, or for AI purposes. Further, you are not allowed to resell the artwork as an emote, adoptable, or claim it as yours.
c. A commercial license is an additional fee on top of the original project. Fee depends on the scale of the project, enquire directly for more information.
